The South Western Kentucky region has a strong history of filling Spec Buildings successfully. The following companies all started as Spec buildings, with some of the original companies remaining, showing how successful these buildings truly are. 

The very first spec building the Hopkinsville Industrial Foundation ever built in the SWK is home today to Pepsi.

T.RAD is a global manufacturer of heat exchangers for internal combustion engines, architectural HVAC units, battery cooling, and fuel cell cooling.

With locations in Michigan, Indiana, Mexico, and Kentucky, Brazeway Hopkinsville manufactures aluminum “hairpins” for the heating and cooling industry.

MSSC offers compelling solutions to all automotive and off-road suspension needs. They are committed to offering customers leading edge technologies for every type of vehicle suspension solution.

OEM Exhaust came in at 204 Commerce Court, and has been fabricating exhausts there since!

206 Commerce Court got its start as a spec building, and it has been home to Douglas Autotec ever since. Steering wheel columns are made at Douglas Autotec, supplying the international vehicle industry - all from a once-spec building here in Hopkinsville!

The once-spec buildings that housed Mitsubishi Heavy Industries became home to Comefri with spec building #7 and spec building #9!

Halycon Thurput provides hemp drying, cleaning, testing, and storage services.
